1. How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 2–4 days | Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–6 days | Remote areas: 5–8 days. Free shipping on orders above ₹499.

2. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order in real-time on the courier’s website.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.

4. How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us via email (thetrenovastore@gmail.com) or WhatsApp/phone (+91 7001786352) with your order number. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 3 days for defective, damaged, or wrong products. A clear unboxing video is mandatory. Exchanges are allowed for defective or wrong products.

6. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, non-returnable items include opened personal care products, perishable goods, fragile items, and customized or digital products (unless defective).

7. How do I get a refund?
After approval of your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 working days. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

8. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within India. For bulk orders or export inquiries, contact us directly.

9. How can I contact customer support?

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video. Without the video, replacements or refunds cannot be processed.
